Miss. Mayqueen Attatsitsey is a certified Oracle Functional Consultant with substantial professional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation, Administration, and Training. She is also an emerging experienced researcher operative in the areas of Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Internationalization, Strategy, Innovative capabilities, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Mayqueen has actively participated in research projects published in highly competitive international journals such as the International Journal of Information Technology and Management, African Journal of Business and Economic Research, etc.
Regarding her work experience, Mayqueen is a Consulting Manager at BAIT Consulting Ltd where she leads a team of consultants to oversee the design, implementation, and provision of Oracle solutions to help organizations operate better. Mayqueen successfully led her team to implement Oracle solutions that resulted in a significant increase in efficiency and cost savings for client organizations in Ghana, Zambia, Togo, and Angola. She also delivered a training program that received positive feedback from participants and helped to improve their job performance.
Besides, Mayqueen worked as a Senior Administrator at Central University until August 2017. In this role, she provided administrative support in the day-to-day management of the Student Services Unit and collaborated with other administrative assistants to coordinate examinations and provide online learner support at the Examination Unit and the Centre for Open and Distance Education (CODE) respectively. Similarly, Mayqueen served the University as a Teaching/Research Assistant, assisting lecturers in research projects by analyzing literature for dissertations and supporting managing students of the Human Resource Management Department.
Mayqueen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Central University, where she graduated top of her class and won the award for the best Human Resource Management Student. She also earned a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of Ghana. As a professional in IT Consulting, she has achieved several certifications from Oracle University such as Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified Implementation Professional, Oracle HCM Cloud Sales Specialist, Oracle HCM Business Process Certified Foundations Associate, etc.
Mayqueen is dedicated to giving back to society through volunteerism. She serves in the leadership capacity as Director of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Heroes Network – a nonprofit organization famous for volunteer projects targeting young adults. With insightful lectures, books, competitive awards, and discussions on relevant topics, the network provides youngsters with positive life skills and necessary support for a greater impact in the world. Mayqueen’s active participation as a speaker and a trainer in the yearly conference of Heroes Network dubbed Changing to Change the World Conference (CCWC) has made a positive impact on society.
