A Successful Launch!
Yesterday marked a significant milestone as the Global Volunteers Corps-Ghana successfully launched the National Artisans Empowerment and Formalization Project (NAEFOP) at the Tang Palace Hotel, Accra.

Under the theme “Crafting a Better Future: Formalizing Skills, Empowering Lives,” this initiative is designed to empower Ghana’s artisans, formalize their work, and connect them to sustainable livelihoods and national growth opportunities.

The event brought together major national stakeholders and development partners, including the Ministry of Trade, the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Ghana Enterprises Agency, NEIP, MASLOC, the National Youth Authority, and Star-Ghana Foundation.
The launch was not just an event, it was a national commitment to transform Ghana’s informal sector and to ensure that the creativity, craftsmanship, and hard work of artisans are formally recognized and rewarded.
Together, we are crafting a future where every skill matters, every artisan is valued, and every talent contributes to Ghana’s sustainable development.
